Andrews Roofing recently completed the installation of a new roof on my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My husband and I are both extremely pleased with our new roof. Not only was the quality of roofing materials outstanding, but just as importantly, the installation was completed with superior craftsmanship.

Initially, I had expected that the process of dealing with insurance and purchasing a new roof would be stressful and complicated. However, much to my surprise, Dennis Olsen and the team at Andrews Roofing made the entire process almost painless. Their professionalism and efficiency turned what I feared would be a hassle into a smooth and seamless experience.

After a hailstorm, my husband and I were relieved to find no obvious leaks in our roof. Nevertheless, my mother strongly recommended that we have Dennis conduct a professional roof inspection, just in case there was damage we hadn’t noticed. Since Andrews Roofing had recently installed a new roof for her, she reassured me that Dennis was not only trustworthy but also highly skilled. Thanks to her advice, we now have a high-quality roof that gives us peace of mind.

Thank goodness I called Dennis as it turned out that we had many severely cracked tiles.

Dennis came the day after I spoke with him, inspected our roof, and then showed us pictures of the damage which was not obvious from street level. He told me he would help coordinate with our insurance company so I filed a claim the next day. When the insurance inspector came, Dennis was with him throughout the inspection pointing out the damage. The insurance company then said that an engineer would need to inspect our damage. Again, when the engineer came, Dennis was there with him. The insurance company originally denied our claim for a new roof, recommending repairs that were not an acceptable solution. Our interactions with the insurance company were numerous and lengthy. Dennis was with us and explaining the insurance process every step of the way – even speaking with our insurance adjuster explaining the issues. Without his backing and expertise, insurance would have continued to deny our claim.

Dennis worked with us for 6 months to help us get the new roof approved- Dennis did all this before we ever signed any agreements or contracts with Andrews roofing.

When the insurance finally approved our claim, I called Dennis immediately. It was simply amazing how quickly we had our new roof. Dennis immediately ordered the tile (he had given us a brochure early in the process with available tile options so that we had already chosen our tile) and scheduled our roof installation. Our installation team was superb. They work long hours which resulted in our roof being completed much more quickly than other roofs in our neighborhood. My neighbors commented to me that we had hardest working roofing team and how impressed they were that they diligently worked throughout the day. During our roof replacement, the crew found some issues where the roof the had leaked. Dennis came out immediately and took pictures to document the damage, submitted the damage and worked directly with the insurance company so that the damage was repaired, covered by our insurance company, and did not result in delays to our roof completion.

The contractors that Andrews employed were also incredible. Our gutters were replaced by All Florida Gutters.

They arrived and took the time to discuss the best placement for the downspouts, ensuring a more efficient way to direct water compared to how our original gutters had been installed. Additionally, they provided excellent recommendations on colors that would complement our home.

Now, our roof looks absolutely superb. Not only is the quality of construction impeccable, but the attention to small aesthetic details also makes a huge difference. The Andrews Roofing team carefully matched the paint on the vents and tile filling, enhancing the overall look of our home.

In fact, another neighbor stopped by and mentioned that he wished his roofing company had done what Andrews did. Nearly everyone who walks by has commented on how great our roof looks. The bottom line is that I wouldn’t consider hiring any other roofing company to work on my home.

I was so impressed with Dennis and the Andrews Roofing team that I made sure to grab extra business cards. That way, I could share them with neighbors who asked about our roof, as well as friends who might need roofing services.
