Andrews Roofing recently completed installation of a new roof on my home. My husband and I both are extremely pleased with our new roof. The quality of roofing materials used and, equally important, the quality of installation were both superior. I had expected that the process of going through insurance and purchasing a new roof was going to be a rather unpleasant experience. Much to my surprise, Dennis Olsen and Andrews Roofing made the process almost painless. After a hailstorm, my husband and were relieved to find no obvious leaks in our roof. but my mother recommended that we get Dennis to conduct a professional roof inspection in case there was damage we did not detect. Andrews Roofing had just installed a new roof for my Mom and she reassured me that Dennis was trustworthy and excellent. Thank goodness I called Dennis as it turned out that we had many severely cracked tiles. Dennis came the day after I spoke with him, inspected our roof, and then showed us pictures of the damage which was not obvious from street level. He told me he would help coordinate with our insurance company so I filed a claim the next day. When the insurance inspector came, Dennis was with him throughout the inspection pointing out the damage. The insurance company then said that an engineer would need to inspect our damage. Again, when the engineer came, Dennis was there with him. The insurance company originally denied our claim for a new roof, recommending repairs that were not an acceptable solution. Our interactions with the insurance company were numerous and lengthy. Dennis was with us and explaining the insurance process every step of the way – even speaking with our insurance adjuster explaining the issues. Without his backing and expertise, insurance would have continued to deny our claim. Dennis worked with us for 6 months to help us get the new roof approved- Dennis did all this before we ever signed any agreements or contracts with Andrews roofing. When the insurance finally approved our claim, I called Dennis immediately. It was simply amazing how quickly we had our new roof. Dennis immediately ordered the tile (he had given us a brochure early in the process with available tile options so that we had already chosen our tile) and scheduled our roof installation. Our installation team was superb. They work long hours which resulted in our roof being completed much more quickly than other roofs in our neighborhood. My neighbors commented to me that we had hardest working roofing team and how impressed they were that they diligently worked throughout the day. During our roof replacement, the crew found some issues where the roof the had leaked. Dennis came out immediately and took pictures to document the damage, submitted the damage and worked directly with the insurance company so that the damage was repaired, covered by our insurance company, and did not result in delays to our roof completion. The contractors that Andrews employed were also incredible. Our gutters were replaced by All Florida Gutters. They came and talked to me about the best placement of down spouts, a more efficient way to move water from the way our original gutters had been installed, and the colors that would look best. Our roof looks superb; the quality of construction was impeccable. The attention to small aesthetic details also makes a huge difference. The Andrew’s team carefully matched paint used on the vents and tile filling. Another neighbor came by and said he wished his roof company had done what Andrews did. Everyone who walks by tells us how good our roof looks. The bottom line is that I would not consider have any other roof company do work on my roof. I was so impressed with Dennis and Andrews Roofing that I got additional business cards so that I could give them to the neighbors who asked for them, as well as any friends who might have roofing needs. It is clear that Dennis’s experience in roofing and the insurance company industry make Andrews Roofing the best roofing company that you can get.
